The customer service is excellent and informative. My order arrived quite fast.  It took a while for us to find help to remove the old unit and put the new one in, but it's installed! I tested cooking the second day of using the fire box and it works great! Baked bread and fried eggs for breakfast. My house is keeping quite warm as well. We only are using the bare unit and turned on a ceiling and the house fan to circulate the heat.  2100 soft home was 72 all night.  It was in the upper 30s last night with wind outside.
