POLARIS is a new wood burning unit which is part of the new series "ETOILE" proudly produced in Quebec by J. A. ROBY. This stove is a powerful yet conveniently compact model. Due to its aesthetic round design, the POLARIS is more modern than ever and it can be matched with any endless decors. This J.A. ROBY stove is certified for mobile homes as well. POLARIS is specifically designed with compact dimensions but it has a significant heating capacity. Just like other wood stoves from the past century, this model has removable covers for home cooking.

4 of 5 Efficient Little Woodstove September 23, 2024

I had my JA Roby going on six years now and still love using it, It is an efficient little woodstove and excellent for our mobile home here in eastern Canada.
Use this all winter and during the -30c days in January and February it greatly offsets the electric heating cost by not using baseboards, It also is a beautiful piece and adds an inviting atmosphere to my home. During power outages I was able to cook and brew coffee on it as well. Only improvement it could have would be to have a wood log grate inside for easier starting, also one has to be careful when cleaning it not to use too much water on the surface I have a few small rust spots I will have to take care of, otherwise nice little woodstove.
