We unfortunately purchased our La Nordica America in Ontario free shipping but they forget to tell you that there’s zero customer service!!! We were having a few technical issues with our stove. We called OBADIAH’S Wood stoves in Montana. I spoke with a Cherie who was concerned with our problems and said someone would contact us the same or next day. Within an hour Annette contacted me. Annette went basically  through the whole aspect of our La Nordica wood cook stove! Which was so helpful that all are issues have been rectified.That’s what you call customer service at its best! So if you’re looking to purchase any type of wood stove I HiGHLY recommend OBADIAH’S!! Thanks again for all your superb customer service Cherie & Annette   Best Regards Lorenzo
