The Hearthstone DVI-44 8860 Larkin is a cast iron gas insert that heats your house efficiently. This sleek gas insert utilizes various advanced Hearthstone technologies to ensure greater efficiency, convenience, and heating capability.
Using direct vent technology and a sealed firebox, this cast iron insert reduces cold air drafts and increases efficiency in burning by drawing cold air from outside the home for combustion, instead of taking air from inside. With the HeatWave refractory built in, the direct vent gas stove pushes hot air towards the double heat exchange and glass window, resulting in more heat for your home. This gas burning insert also saves you money and gas by using the ProFlame electronic ignition system by turning the pilot off when the insert is not in use. The convenient ignition system also comes with a battery backup that lets you start your gas insert made of cast iron even when the power is out.
An included remote control also lets you manage your Hearthstone product from the comfort of your own couch. And with a nice selection of colors, you can customize this cast iron gas insert perfectly so that it matches your modern space.
